The Studio gets lively and I am loving how this group of students has taken to my information on various subjects with ease and freedom to express views and ask questions.
Teaching and learning about art techniques is , for myself, a process much effective in "Atelier" style. It allows me to be as creative in delivering art knowledge and experience as I wish students to find the best of themselves.
I mention this because in this second class, as we moved more into the study of line drawing, tonal sketch and composition, we were also able to see how other future topics fit into the same project. Topics like perspective, the use of arabesques and geometrical forms. As well as stimulating the students on parallel elements of a drawing.

Having this dynamic is a gift.
